Accountability:

To be responsible for someone or something.

I am holding myself accountable for my

present weight; not anyone else.



Perseverance:

To finish what you have started. Continued

steady belief or efforts, withstanding

discouragement or difficulty; persistence.

I will persevere if I acknowledge that this is my

own fight and I have something precious that is

worth fighting for.

Day 346; 232.0 Pounds

Long day today. I had a lot of fun this am at the plow days and so did my son. I had a heck of a time at Lens Crafters and I have to go back there to get my glasses figured out. Got some good plow day pictures that I am thinking of framing and putting in our new house when we build.
