This is my way to hold myself accountable for all that I eat in a day and finally persevere over my weight management issues. I will post my weight as I go (hopefully). I want to be healthy and a good weight for my son so I can be just as active as he is. Let's see if this works!
Accountability and Perseverance
Accountability:
To be responsible for someone or something.
I am holding myself accountable for my
present weight; not anyone else.
Perseverance:
To finish what you have started. Continued
steady belief or efforts, withstanding
discouragement or difficulty; persistence.
I will persevere if I acknowledge that this is my
own fight and I have something precious that is
worth fighting for.

Day 326; 226.0 Pounds
So today... I took one bite of my oatmeal and I never looked back. I didn't get to eat any more than that of my oatmeal because I was so busy all day. I did surgery on a fractured jaw, took care of multiple emergencies, and didn't stop to really sit down until I went to eat dinner with my mom and my son. So needless to say the 6 meal day didn't happen. I was so stressed and hungry that I just ate. I guess that is my problem but we all turn to something for comfort. My thing just happens to be time with my mom and food.
