I have an anger issue. All day long I scream at my dogs. It wouldn't be as bad if Zip didn't jump over the gate less than 5 seconds after I put it up (all day long), or Ranger didn't go from room to room behind my back eating everything that my son has on the tables, or IHOP didn't blatantly piss on everything in the house and look at me with a stupified look everytime I ask him to sit or laydown even though he knows perfectly well what I am asking him to do. Then they growl at me when I yell at them. The anger and drama going on in other parts of my life is making it unbearable for everyone around me. As I was screaming at the dogs tonight a thought came across my mind to just euthanize all three of them... as soon as it came it was gone and the realization that their issues are all my fault came into my head and I would just be like the "convienience euthanasia" that we all dread walking in through the exam room doors. It is all human error in some way. I don't know what is wrong with me. I love my dogs, why can't I stand them right now? I don't scream at my son even though he is in his terrible twos and today was a horrible one long temper tantrum day (except for snippets). I want to cry but I am too tired. I just don't want to live right now. I want it all to stop and change and go back to the way things were. I just want..... I don't even know.

This is my way to hold myself accountable for all that I eat in a day and finally persevere over my weight management issues. I will post my weight as I go (hopefully). I want to be healthy and a good weight for my son so I can be just as active as he is. Let's see if this works!
Accountability and Perseverance
Accountability:
To be responsible for someone or something.
I am holding myself accountable for my
present weight; not anyone else.
Perseverance:
To finish what you have started. Continued
steady belief or efforts, withstanding
discouragement or difficulty; persistence.
I will persevere if I acknowledge that this is my
own fight and I have something precious that is
worth fighting for.
