I can't believe that today was my 10 year highschool reunion. It was so nice seeing the people that could make it. I was a little disappointed that some people didn't show up but heck we will have another one in 5 years.
While I was at the reunion my 2 year old decided to try his hand at cooking and grabbed my completely full bottle of olive oil. He not only left greasy little footprints all over my new laminate flooring but he decided that the hard wood floor in the kitchen and the couch in the bed room needed oiled as well! Well, I guess on the bright side it wasn't glue.
This is my way to hold myself accountable for all that I eat in a day and finally persevere over my weight management issues. I will post my weight as I go (hopefully). I want to be healthy and a good weight for my son so I can be just as active as he is. Let's see if this works!
Accountability and Perseverance
Accountability:
To be responsible for someone or something.
I am holding myself accountable for my
present weight; not anyone else.
Perseverance:
To finish what you have started. Continued
steady belief or efforts, withstanding
discouragement or difficulty; persistence.
I will persevere if I acknowledge that this is my
own fight and I have something precious that is
worth fighting for.
