I have weigh in for the "Biggest Loser" Monday, won't that be a groin shot to the self esteem (considering I haven't been keeping with my calorie count, I was on steroids, and I have been eating like a cow). I swam today but not much more for working out. I leave you with a song that pretty much sums up someone I know (although they don't know it).
