Ok, so I think I did pretty well today. Chad kicked my butt yet again and I will feel it in the days to come, thanks Chad. I think things are going to pick up at work. Just a lot of changes happening. I feel stronger than I have in a long while and I think I am doing pretty well in my training and testosterone class, now if Zumba would be back on Saturdays that would be great! I am going to make perogi lasagna for the picnic this saturday. It is pretty cool that we haven't even started the blue prints for the new house and the new neighbors are inviting us for a picnic. I am so glad that we found this farm and I think my son is going to have a good neighborhood to grow up in! :)
I had another "encounter" with the cemetery and my son today (more than all the others) so I have started a journal. Who knows, maybe he is clarvoyant like my great great grandmother.
I made a pretty good dinner today, the stuffing for the steak is going to take some tweaking as my husband and I don't much care for sun dried tomatos, maybe next time I will stuff it with stuffing.
Oh, and my sandwich at lunch.... no mayo and no cheese!!
This is my way to hold myself accountable for all that I eat in a day and finally persevere over my weight management issues. I will post my weight as I go (hopefully). I want to be healthy and a good weight for my son so I can be just as active as he is. Let's see if this works!
Accountability and Perseverance
Accountability:
To be responsible for someone or something.
I am holding myself accountable for my
present weight; not anyone else.
Perseverance:
To finish what you have started. Continued
steady belief or efforts, withstanding
discouragement or difficulty; persistence.
I will persevere if I acknowledge that this is my
own fight and I have something precious that is
worth fighting for.
