Accountability:

To be responsible for someone or something.

I am holding myself accountable for my

present weight; not anyone else.



Perseverance:

To finish what you have started. Continued

steady belief or efforts, withstanding

discouragement or difficulty; persistence.

I will persevere if I acknowledge that this is my

own fight and I have something precious that is

worth fighting for.

Day 471

I apologize for getting a little lax in my blog posting but I have just been so tired this week. With my excrutiating workout on Wednesday and my son starting gymnastics which if you do it right is a good workout for the parent too my muscles haven't had time to relax. With that said I am off to the gym to run on the treadmill for a while. I would be doing Zumba this AM but because it is a holiday weekend classes are canceled.
