| I did not eat the hashbrowns. My son did. |
This is my way to hold myself accountable for all that I eat in a day and finally persevere over my weight management issues. I will post my weight as I go (hopefully). I want to be healthy and a good weight for my son so I can be just as active as he is. Let's see if this works!
Accountability and Perseverance
Accountability:
To be responsible for someone or something.
I am holding myself accountable for my
present weight; not anyone else.
Perseverance:
To finish what you have started. Continued
steady belief or efforts, withstanding
discouragement or difficulty; persistence.
I will persevere if I acknowledge that this is my
own fight and I have something precious that is
worth fighting for.

Day 2 and 3; 255.6 Pounds
I am seriously trying the calorie counting thing tonight. Total Fit class kicked my butt. We landed into the 5 place in biggest loser and got put into the second bracket...blah. Oh well. We both dropped the ball last week which didn't help. This weight thing is such a struggle for me. I did an acupuncture treatment to see if I could decrease some cravings and that didn't help, mind you I should be going back once weekly and I haven't had the time. My son is LOVING gymnastics and I can hardly keep him away from it!
