Accountability:

To be responsible for someone or something.

I am holding myself accountable for my

present weight; not anyone else.



Perseverance:

To finish what you have started. Continued

steady belief or efforts, withstanding

discouragement or difficulty; persistence.

I will persevere if I acknowledge that this is my

own fight and I have something precious that is

worth fighting for.

Day 454

Internet is still acting up. I can't believe that the fair is just around the corner. I am so excited!!! So for dinner it was meat loaf and broccoli, zucchini, rice casserole. The picture is hard to tell. I didn't have much guacomole and chips either. I also worked out for 60 minutes and burned 491 calories.
