Accountability and Perseverance

Accountability:

To be responsible for someone or something.

I am holding myself accountable for my

present weight; not anyone else.



Perseverance:

To finish what you have started. Continued

steady belief or efforts, withstanding

discouragement or difficulty; persistence.

I will persevere if I acknowledge that this is my

own fight and I have something precious that is

worth fighting for.

Day 16, 255.2

Seriously considering starting Jenny Craig. I need to loose 75 more pounds or I am going to be a fat cow my whole life and die at a young age. I see it happening all around me. If I don't loose weight I am going to die young. That scares the crap out of me. I want to be there for my son. I need to loose this weight.
