Accountability:

To be responsible for someone or something.

I am holding myself accountable for my

present weight; not anyone else.



Perseverance:

To finish what you have started. Continued

steady belief or efforts, withstanding

discouragement or difficulty; persistence.

I will persevere if I acknowledge that this is my

own fight and I have something precious that is

worth fighting for.

Day 74

So Sunday morning I have to weigh in and I have to admit that I have NOT done well with this weight loss thing. I am hopefully not letting my partner down... I don't have my beloved Zumba class on Thursday nights now... ticked off. And for the next 3 saturdays I won't be able to attend zumba either. This bites!
