Accountability:

To be responsible for someone or something.

I am holding myself accountable for my

present weight; not anyone else.



Perseverance:

To finish what you have started. Continued

steady belief or efforts, withstanding

discouragement or difficulty; persistence.

I will persevere if I acknowledge that this is my

own fight and I have something precious that is

worth fighting for.

Day 4; 252.5 Pounds

I think I will weigh myself tomorrow at that gym. Since trick or treat is canceled due to the lovely hurricaine Sandy I get a chance to go to the gym and work out. I think I will work out in my costume because I get a gift certificate to somewhere if I do.
